As part of the UNFCCC Bonn Climate Talks, the UTM is organising a high-level session for exchange between cities and national negotiators on13 June. The event will be an opportunity and platform for cities to connect with national counterparts and explore potential integration of multilevel governance and local action in the NDC process.
