A global cohort of 145 cities is already engaging with UTM, and the Mission is now looking to count 300 pioneering cities by 2030. A robust methodology in the selection process ensures the readiness and commitment of cities to engage as frontrunners in innovation to support and accelerate the Mission’s goals.
Cities are invited to apply online and express their interest to join the Mission’s cohort through a brief questionnaire reflecting the assessment criteria, which can be found here, as well as on the Global Covenant of Mayors, MI Urban Transitions Mission and partner websites.
